It is fried on one side and then folded 3 or 4 times until it resembles a cone. The temperature well exceeds 63ºC for 20 seconds. It is plated with toasted sandwich bread (possible allergens: wheat, oats, rye, barley, wheat gluten, and soy bran), butter, and a salad of various lettuces, olive oil, apple balsamic cream, and salt.

The fillet is seasoned and coated with a mixture of olive oil and sunflower oil and cooked to the consumer’s liking. It is plated with French fries with a garlic clove, and pieces of green and red peppers and a salad of various lettuces, olive oil, apple balsamic cream, and salt.
Homemade hummus with pita bread
Cooked chickpeas, sesame tahini, juice of half a lemon, and salt are blended with a mixer. Hummus is plated and drizzled with olive oil and fresh parsley. Served with toasted wheat pita bread.
